KPFF Seattle’s Transportation Team focuses on designing infrastructure that moves people and connects communities across the region. We work on a wide range of transit and transportation projects, including roadway and trail improvements, fish passage enhancements, and major infrastructure efforts throughout the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest. Our team supports projects from early planning and feasibility through design, permitting, and construction. We collaborate closely with public agencies, transit authorities, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful, sustainable solutions that improve mobility, restore natural systems, and strengthen the built environment.
Located In Downtown Seattle, Our Transportation Engineering Team Is Seeking a Transportation Engineering Designer. This Position Will Provide The Opportunity For You To Dive Headfirst Into Real-world Projects From Day One. You’ll Have The Opportunity To Work On Impactful Transportation Projects Across Washington, Including Work For Public Agencies Like WSDOT, Local Transit Agencies, And Municipalities. You Will Support Multidisciplinary Teams And Collaborate With Clients, Contributing To Projects That Positively Impact Communities Throughout The State; As Well
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $85,000 - $105,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
