Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; licensure substitutions allowed (PE or EIT)
- Preferred: accredited bachelor’s degree in civil engineering by May 2027
- Experience with CAD or similar engineering software and MS Office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work in team settings
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of duties during training as the program progresses
- Assist in designing highway improvements and related transportation projects
- Collaborate with design units and stakeholders to support project delivery
- Gain licensure experience and work toward professional registration
