Robert Peccia & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Engineer to support transportation planning solutions that enhance safety and mobility. You will engage in multidisciplinary teams on planning and engineering projects for MDT, FHWA, and local municipalities.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, strong analytical skills, and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Additionally, RPA promotes a collaborative culture with leadership opportunities and an emphasis on professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in traffic and/or transportation engineering.
• Experience with MDT, FHWA, or local agency projects is desirable.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transportation engineering projects from planning to design.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating transportation improvement alternatives.
• Perform traffic operations and safety analyses.
