Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time project role in Culpeper, Virginia. The candidate will represent the client on-site, prepare project documentation, and conduct cost estimating and scheduling while ensuring quality assurance and materials testing.

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture is required, along with knowledge of construction management principles. Benefits include competitive compensation, generous PTO, and 100% employer-paid health benefits.

Qualifications

• FE/EIT preferred.
• Must possess OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• On-site representation of client.
• Preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, and plan review.
• Conduct quality control/quality assurance inspection and materials testing.
