Qualifications

  • Ability to read and apply federal, state, and ADOT standards.
  • Experience with highway construction contracts and bid documents.

Responsibilities

  • Administers highway construction contracts and ITS/contract requirements up to $200,000 in value.
  • Evaluate progress, materials sampling, testing, and contract payments.
  • Resolve conflicts with internal and external agencies; coordinate meetings and seminars.
  • Prepare and track contract addenda; ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Supervise field office staff, including hiring, performance reviews and coaching.
  • Manage field office budget, fleet, IT equipment, and fixed assets.
