Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
  • 1–4 years of roadway or transportation engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MicroStation; OpenRoads and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of engineering plans, geometric design, construction cost estimates, and other technical documentation under supervision of a licensed engineer
  • Participate in delivering professional transportation design services for a variety of clients
  • Preparation of highway plans for state DOTs and local governments
  • Engage with the transportation industry to identify marketing opportunities and build strategic business development relationships
