Starting Salary Range: $165,000-200,000
EFK Moen, LLC, is currently seeking an Office Manager for a full-time position managing roadway projects and staff in our Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, motivated leader with previous project management experience, while possessing business and people skills. Our company offers a locally competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
Typical projects are transportation engineering designs which range in scope from small to multimillion-dollar projects. Services are provided to a wide range of clients that include governmental agencies such as IDOT, Tollway, counties, and municipalities. Delegation of tasks to engineering/technical staff, as well as responsibility for project schedules and budgets are key facets of this role while managing the development and implementation of design deliverables. The successful candidate will rely on their engineering experience and knowledge to achieve client satisfaction and profitability of projects. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and staff to provide all deliverables as part of a collaborative team. This position reports directly to the company president.
