Job summary

State of Ohio is seeking a Transportation Engineer 1 in District 07 to support bridge and culvert assessment. You will create and maintain bridge inventories, assist with inspections, and develop hydraulic analyses for HMA projects to prioritize corrective work.

All bargaining unit new hires must serve a one (1) year probationary period.

Position will be filled pursuant to the provision of the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicant's prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.
