Job summary

CDM Smith in Nashville, TN seeks a Civil/Transportation/Structural Engineer for large-scale projects including highways, tunnels, mass transit and aviation designs. You will work under direct supervision to develop designs that meet client requirements and applicable standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing draft designs for regulatory compliance, ensuring firm policies are followed, performing site reviews, updating design requirements and inspecting constructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline. 0 years of experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles of design.
• Knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range

USD $63,835.00 – USD $105,310.00
