Overview

Transportation Electrification Analyst
Location: US Remote/flexible

Preferred Location: NY, MA, CO, or DC metro

ICF is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support clients and projects as part of our Transportation Electrification team. As an Analyst, you will work with cross functional teams researching, designing, and implementing transportation electrification programs on behalf of ICF clients. Transportation electrification programs support increased use of electric vehicles (EVs) in passenger and fleet applications, the installation of EV chargers, and managed charging of EVs. ICF designs and implements programs that include incentives, technical assistance, time-based rates, and other strategies. You will directly contribute to helping utilities and their customers electrify, decarbonize, and reduce emissions.

What you will be doing
  • Support transportation electrification programs through research, data analysis, and project administration.
  • Build and maintain transportation and energy industry knowledge and contribute subject matter expertise to transportation electrification programs and projects.
  • Engage with trade allies, service providers, and other industry representatives.
  • Support market trend research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Perform basic data scrubbing, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Work with program leads to identify areas to automate and/or improve process flows and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and update client reports and documents.
  • Conduct quality assurance/quality control of internal, external, and client materials.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education).
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional work environment, preferably in energy, transportation, sustainability, environmental, public policy, or a similar field (or Master’s degree).
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, or Python.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing data collection, processing, analysis, QA/QC, and reporting processes.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Knowledge of or experience in the transportation or energy industry.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is $55,388.00 - $94,160.00 nationwide remote office (US99). Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, skills, location, and contract provisions.
