Avir Vista in Tomball, TX is seeking a Transportation Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team. This role focuses on delivering direct nursing care to residents in accordance with our policies and standards, while supporting a positive facility culture.

You will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring safety and comfort for residents. Walk-ins are welcome daily and the organization emphasizes teamwork and excellent support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification.
• Must pass a motor vehicle report (MVR) check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be insurable to operate a vehicle.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per policies and procedures.
• Support in building a patient-focused, team-oriented culture.
• Assist residents with daily activities ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality care standards.
