POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of your job is to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. You will also work as a CNA, providing a safe environment, giving emotional and social support, and attending to the residents' physical needs and comfort. You will perform direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your Supervisor. You will perform other duties as directed by community representatives. You will follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain standards set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Current registry or certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing, minimum age 25.
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours.
  • Must not pose a health or safety threat to others.
Experience:

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunities

  • Wage: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
