Masters Academy International in Stow, MA is seeking a Transportation Driver (Part-Time/Per-Diem) to provide safe, punctual transport for student-athletes, staff, and residential groups. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and professional conduct on daily routes and events.

The position is 10 months, with a pay of $34.50 per hour. CDL is not required for some shifts, while others may require it; opportunities to earn extra hours may exist with CDL endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for MAI students and staff on daily routes and events.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal transportation regulations and school policies.
• Represent the school professionally and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Coordinate with campus operations for athletic travel and residential groups.

About the Role
Masters Academy International is a Driver who will play a critical operational role responsible for providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for Masters Academy International (MAI) students, elite athletic teams, staff, and residential groups. Given MAI’s unique mission integrating high-level academics with elite athletic competition, transportation directly impacts student safety, schedule fidelity, and the overall family experience.

What You Will Do
This role requires a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety above all else, maintains flawless compliance with state and federal transportation regulations, and represents the school with professionalism. Sitting at the front line of daily campus operations and athletic travel, the Driver ensures that student-athletes and staff travel safely, comfortably, and on schedule across daily routes, regional competitions, and special events.

Who You Are
Dependable and safety-focused driver with an impeccable driving record, strong regulatory compliance, and extensive experience navigating complex, multi-route transport schedules. Adept at managing time-sensitive athletic and school logistics with calm, independent problem-solving. Known for discretion, clear communication, and building strong, trusting relationships across the school community.

Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience:Proven experience as a professional driver
• Credentials: Must possess a valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record, demonstrating a history of safe and professional vehicle operation; CDL preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safety standards, and vehicle compliance protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a 10-month role. The salary for this role is $34.50/hour. This position is not Benefits eligible .

1. We are looking for a driver Monday-Friday from 7:00am-11:00am. This position does NOT require a CDL.
2. We are also looking for a driver Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00pm-6:00pm. This position does require a CDL.
3. If you have your CDL, there will be an opportunity to earn additional hours on a substitute basis.
