Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ to monitor orders, assist drivers, and support warehouse operations. You will help ensure timely deliveries, perform pick and pack duties, and maintain accurate documentation.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, knowledge of warehouse operations and powered equipment, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The shift runs Monday through Friday, early start, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude with strong math and reading skills; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders throughout the shift, take appropriate action to change routes, add trucks, ensuring routes are completed on time.
• Assist drivers with second run deliveries (OT-2). Pick and load the trucks. Assist the city desk with will calls and pick up now orders (PKs). Serves as liaison between drivers, sales associates, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Support sales staff with same day special delivery requests, pick-ups, and on time deliveries. Assist warehouse with picking, checking, and loading of trucks daily as directed by the shift manager or lead.
• Act in helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and associates.
