Job summary

QED, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations. The role involves coordinating with drivers, sales staff, and customers to manage pickups, PKs, and will calls while supporting daily pick, pack, and loading activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders throughout the shift, take action to change routes, add trucks, ensuring routes are completed on time.
• Assist drivers with second run deliveries (OT-2); pick and load trucks; assist city desk with will calls and PKs; liaise between drivers, sales associates, and customers for smooth deliveries.
• Support sales staff with same-day special delivery requests, pickups, and on-time deliveries; assist warehouse with picking, checking, and loading of trucks daily as directed by shift manager or lead.
• Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and associates.
