Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks in the Transportation department. You’ll ensure drivers receive route changes and maintain payroll and DOT files in a fast-paced environment at CK Columbus, Lockbourne, OH.

The role offers a full-time schedule (2nd shift - Evening) with benefits beginning after onboarding and a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service. Candidates with at least 2 years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills.
• Two years of experience in a similar transportation or logistics role preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English proficiently for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers and ensure accuracy.
• Verify driver on routes and communicate route changes to customers as needed.
• Maintain DOT files and payroll processing responsibilities.
• Perform duties related to driver checks in and paperwork verification.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
