Connect-Force in Plymouth, Michigan seeks a Transportation Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our on-site operations. You will coordinate loads, manage carriers, track shipments, and keep deliveries on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, one weekend per month, and a compensation range of $50,000–$65,000 per year. Ideal candidates bring experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, and familiarity with TMS tools.

What We're Looking For

Ideal qualifications include:

• Previous experience in transportation dispatching, logistics coordination, freight brokerage, or carrier management is preferred.

• Experience working with trucking companies, professional drivers, or transportation providers is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines.

• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), dispatching software, or load boards is beneficial.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Candidates with experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Freight Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, Carrier Sales Representative, Transportation Coordinator, or Fleet Dispatcher are encouraged to apply!

Schedule & Work Environment
