Qualifications

• Supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency across multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active trips, drivers, fleet vehicles, flights, road conditions, and changes during shift.
• Verify driver/vehicle assignments, manifests, pickup times, addresses, luggage needs, and guest info.
• Coordinate routing, transfers, pickups, scheduling, and guest movements.
• Identify problems early and take corrective action to prevent service failures.
• Respond to weather, road closures, breakdowns, no-shows, missed connections, and flight disruptions.
• Communicate updates to drivers, guests, Sales/Reservations, and leadership.
• Handle guest escalations and service recovery.
• Make timely decisions balancing safety, guest service, and policy.
• Maintain real-time notes and complete handoffs for delays and issues.
• Provide shift-level leadership when Manager on Duty is unavailable.
• Assist with reservations and transfers; perform guest service driving when assigned.
