Job summary

Provost & Pritchard is seeking associate and senior civil engineers to work on transportation projects for public agencies and private developers in the San Joaquin Valley. You will join multidisciplinary design teams and apply AutoCAD Civil 3D to roadway plans, grading, paving, and drainage.

Strong communication and client-relations skills are essential. Qualified candidates will hold a CA PE or be eligible, with 5 years (associate) or 10 years (senior) of relevant experience and a solid ADA

Qualifications

• Active California PE license or eligible to sit for CA license within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering.
• 5 years of experience in transportation construction documents and related design.
• ADA compliance understanding.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare transportation construction documents and specs.
• Perform engineering calculations for infrastucture projects.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary project design teams and with clients.
• Manage projects at senior level and mentor junior staff.
