Description: Transportation Department - Bus Driver (50% FTE) - 2025-2026 School Year
Salary:

• $20.24 - $26.22 per hour (2024-2025 pay rate)
  • This pay rate will be adjusted to reflect the 2025-2026 salary schedule
• Position code B130
• Salary is determined based on years of experience

This is a 9.5 month position, 4 hours (minimum) per day, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have excellent driving record and skills
• Must possess, or the ability to obtain, a valid Missouri Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment and annual Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• Must successfully complete pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of transportation safety regulations and procedures
• Must be mature, reasonable and responsive to the needs of students
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
