Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience defending Transportation matters.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and perform legal research.
• Experience handling depositions, discovery, and arbitration/mediation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and file dispositive motions.
• Handle ADR (arbitrations/mediations) when needed.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers.
