In this role, you'll support the transportation department with light accounting duties, data reconciliation, expense validation, and administrative coordination. You'll help maintain accurate records across multiple systems, contribute to cross-functional communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

• Reconcile payables invoices and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes.
• Match invoices with purchase receipts to validate transactions.
• Review and validate fuel and hotel transactions for accuracy.
• Manage Accounts Receivable billing processes.
• Assist with collections and monitor aging reports.
• Make travel arrangements for transportation staff as needed.
• Prepare and submit driver expenses for approval.
• Maintain and update Comdata card records.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with external vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Outlook.
