Job summary

Senior LIFE PACE in York County, PA is seeking a Transportation Coordinator - Driver Manager to supervise drivers, coordinate member transportation and oversee external providers. This is a full-time role with daylight hours and Monday–Friday schedule.

The coordinator will manage driver activities, arrange appointments, train drivers monthly, review vendor invoices, and oversee vehicle maintenance, while collaborating with families and contributing to Plans of Care.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all daily activities for drivers, including third-party providers.
• Coordinating outside services for members, including appointments and specialist consultations.
• Executing monthly driver training on safety and escorting.
• Evaluating vendor invoices and contracts.
• Managing vehicle maintenance per OEM schedules.
• Collaborating with families and participating in Plans of Care development.
