Yorkview Nursing and Rehab in York, PA, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant / Driver to join our team. This role combines facility maintenance support with resident transportation, ideal for someone who is hands-on and enjoys helping residents.

You will work full-time, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday, performing maintenance tasks across the building and transporting residents to appointments, while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Previous maintenance, transportation, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance tasks to assist the Maintenance Director with routine repairs and upkeep.
• Transport residents to and from appointments, ensuring safety and dignity, and coordinating with nursing staff.
