Answer and respond to Operations Service Inquiries (OSI) and inbound calls from sales reps and other Medline employees.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Answer OSIs and inbound calls from sales reps and other Medline employees.
2. Determine transportation modes for moving products or raw materials between branches, manufacturing facilities, or to Medline Customers.
3. Communicate with carriers, operations, sales teams, and customers as needed.
4. Participate in department initiatives such as scheduling and inside delivery projects.
5. Arrange rush carriers and rescues when necessary.

Required Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience as a Transportation Coordinator or similar role.
2. Knowledge of transportation practices.
3. Basic understanding of statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Finance, Business, or related experience.
2. Experience with SAP.

Salary range: $16.50 - $23.00 hourly, based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Minimum wage laws will be adhered to.
