About the role
Under the supervision of the Planning Manager and with a functional relationship with the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating final mile delivery operations in the New Jersey market to achieve company Safety, Quality, and Cost standards. This position primarily collaborates with the market’s Outbound Lead(s), Driver Partners, and Delivery Service Providers, with significant functional collaboration with other members of the Transportation Department and the Engineering Department (routing optimization).

Physical Requirements:
- The physical requirements below are representative of what is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
- Stand, walk, sit at a desk, work on a computer, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Move or lift up to 60 pounds on a daily basis.
Hours:
- Typical hours are 5a-2p daily. Initial expectations are Sat through Wed; however, can shift due to volume changes from clients. This position may require weekend, night, and holiday hours according to the needs of the company.
