Job summary

McLane is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks in the Transportation department, ensuring drivers are updated on changes and providing route information to customers as needed.

You will prepare delivery paperwork, verify driver paperwork, confirm routes, and process payroll. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are preferred, with strong English communication and safety awareness essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar function preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well for job tasks and safety communications.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative functions in the Transportation department. They ensure that drivers are aware of any changes that may or will occur and provide route change information to customers as needed.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.65/hour based on experience
• Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM - Four ten-hour shifts
• Workdays: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Transportation Coordinator Teammate:
