  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal operations teams (e.g., supply chain, warehousing, sales) and external 3PL carriers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on transportation strategies and execution.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Reporting: Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess fleet performance, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to leadership.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Effectively manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement within transportation operations, implementing best practices across the network.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve complex transportation challenges, leveraging data and collaborative problem‑solving techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
  • 4+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on dedicated fleet operations or carrier management preferred
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and external partners.
