MediLodge of Farmington is seeking a CNA Transportation assistant to drive the facility van to appointments and activities, providing emotional support to residents and ensuring the vehicle remains clean and operational. The role supports residents’ comfort and mobility within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA certification in the state and a valid Driver’s License, with high school completion, and a patient, team-oriented mindset.
