The Arc - Jefferson & St. Lawrence is seeking a clerical support specialist for Public Transit and Fixed Route Transportation.
The role involves maintaining filing systems, generating routine reports on vehicles and equipment, and coordinating with partners to improve ridership. Responsibilities include handling confidential matters, supporting driver scheduling, and serving as a front-line contact for riders.
Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to the needs of the Department.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office. Valid Driver’s License required.
Obtain 19-A Record Keeper Certification within 6 Months of Employment.
Authorized to work in the United States.
