The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or be close to obtaining one), and familiarity with software such as Open Roads Designer and AutoCAD/Civil3D. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering from an accredited college or university or ability to obtain it within nine months.
• Passed Fundamentals Exam (EIT) or ability to within six months of start date.
• A valid driver’s license and occasional travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations of roadway conditions and collect data.
• Engage in roadway design modeling.
• Prepare cost estimates and specifications.
• Assist in developing design plans.
• Communicate with clients and assist in client contact.
