Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture required.
• EI certification in Ohio, with ability to obtain PE or PLA within 6-12 months.
• Practical experience in design and plan preparation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and preparation of public and private development projects.
• Coordinate with staff across various service sectors.
• Perform design calculations and prepare design packages.

Skills

Practical experience in design and plan preparation of site development projects

Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D grading and pipe networks

The ability to engage reviewing agencies

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture

EI certification in Ohio

Experience with agency design standards

Ability to apply guidelines and specifications
