The City of Pasadena Transportation Department seeks a Management Analyst III (Transportation Analyst) to provide high-level financial and administrative support to the Administration Division. The role reports to the Management Analyst V and focuses on expense/revenue forecasting, grant management, budget monitoring, and CIP support.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of transportation funding sources, and public-sector budget experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time progressively responsible analytical or administrative experience, one year at the journey level.

Mansioni

• Budget/Financial Analysis: prepare annual operating budget and CIP, monitor budget, forecast revenues and expenditures, manage funds.
