About the role, Your Impact
Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a Transportation Bridge Engineer II in our Chicago, Crystal Lake, Naperville, or Mokena, Illinois office. This position will primarily involve design engineering efforts on various transportation bridge projects for State, County, and Local Agencies. A knowledge of designing bridge improvements with MicroStation and familiarity with structural analysis software is preferred. This team-oriented position will include working with Baxter & Woodman’s diverse disciplines and offices. Most projects will be in Illinois but may include work for our Wisconsin, Florida, or Texas offices.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $85,000- $97,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
