Avera Creighton Hospital is seeking a Transportation Associate to provide safe, courteous transportation for patients to and from appointments in a PRN capacity. The role emphasizes passenger safety, proper vehicle operation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.
$17.50 - $21.50

The Transportation Associate is accountable for transporting passengers to and from scheduled medical appointments, assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, and to provide necessary escort services at their pick-up point and at the appointment site. The Transportation Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers at all times during trips and for ensuring that the assigned vehicle is in safe operating condition.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
