Job summary

Wilson Elser in Las Vegas is seeking a Transportation Associate to join our national firm. You will independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish, work with attorneys and partners on projects, and handle court appearances and depositions.

Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, Nevada admission, and 2+ years in general liability and transportation. We offer hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and robust benefits.

• Admitted to practice in the state of Nevada.
• 2+ years of general liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation experience.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
