Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Transportation practice in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Transportation law and strong writing and analytical skills.

Candidates should have experience with transportation contracts, freight loss and damage claims, insurance, employment and labor relations, warehousing, equipment leasing, and undercharge claim litigation and regulatory compliance, including

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in Transportation law.
• Experience in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, or Denver.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; business acumen.
• Experience with transportation contracts, freight loss and damage claims, insurance, employment and labor relations, warehousing, equipment leasing, and undercharge claim litigation, and regulatory compliance (DOT and state safety standards).
