Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Employment and Labor practice group in the Chicago office.

Taft is seeking an associate with at least 2 years of experience to join its comprehensive Employment and Labor practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a desire to focus on, management-side employment law counseling and litigation. Experience in wage and hour collective and class actions would be a plus. Candidates should have exceptional academic and professional credentials, along with superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, and 401K. The salary range for this position is $215,000/yr.-$235,000/yr. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
