Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Transportation Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role supports residents by transporting them to appointments, assisting with tasks, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout the day.

The position offers a day shift with slight variation in times, a friendly work environment, and opportunities for training and advancement. Prior caregiver experience is preferred, and applicants should be able to assist residents as needed.

Qualificações

• Caregiver experience preferred.
• Ability to push/pull/lift/bend/squat as part of daily duties.
• Commitment to resident safety and comfort.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with assigned tasks, including occasional toileting.
• Attend to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, adhering to instructions provided by supervisory staff.
• Push, pull, lift, bend, twist, and squat as needed during the work day to transport residents.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, Grandview, and external facilities.
• Assist Transportation scheduler and van driver as needed for resident transports.
• Caregiver experience preferred.
