Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Transportation Assistant Engineer for our Alpharetta, GA office. The Transportation EIT will provide engineering design, calculations, CAD support, and project assistance for the Transportation Design group.

You will work under the supervision of a professional engineer, complete roadway design plans, use MicroStation and Inroads/OpenRoads, and assist in development of plans and specs for transportation projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years of roadway design or transportation engineering experience.
• EIT Certification required.
• Knowledge of Microstation and Inroads/Openroads software a plus.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment is preferred
