• Valid driver's license essential.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with transportation asset management, bridge inspection, or pavement management.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, risk management, and financial planning for infrastructure assets.
• Ability to travel for training, conferences, meetings, and field reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex engineering analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison for highway assets including bridges, pavement, traffic signals, and drainage.
