Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. is seeking a Transportation Analytics Specialist to analyze spend, cost drivers, and variances across the logistics network.

You will develop and maintain KPIs, reports, and dashboards drawing from SAP/ERP and TMS systems to support strategic initiatives. The role requires collaboration with Logistics Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to drive cost savings, performance improvements, and risk monitoring.

Formación

• Analyze transportation spend, cost drivers, rate variances, and service costs to identify savings.
• Provide analytical support for strategic logistics initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain transportation KPIs and reporting related to delivery performance and logistics quality.
• Perform root-cause analysis of service failures, cost variances, data issues, and performance gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze spend, cost drivers, variances, and service costs; identify savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Support RFPs, carrier benchmarking, lane optimization, and network optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SAP/ERP and logistics systems for KPIs and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership; guide analysts and business partners.
