Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation analytics or related roles.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with KPI reporting, scorecards, and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipment profiles to optimize transportation modes, service levels, and carrier selections
• Identify inefficiencies, cost outliers, and optimization opportunities in shipping
• Develop recommendations to improve transportation cost efficiency while maintaining service
• Reconcile carrier invoices against contracted rates and billing records
• Investigate billing discrepancies and revenue leakage opportunities
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI and related tools
• Monitor on-time delivery, cost performance, and service recovery metrics
• Support client reviews with actionable analytics
• Build transportation cost models and lane analyses
• Provide data-driven pricing strategy recommendations
• Translate transportation data into clear business recommendations during reviews
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and providers to address challenges
