Qualifications

• For Analyst: two years of qualifying experience or master's degree plus one year experience.
• Qualifying experience must include direct responsibility for written reports and transportation systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, ArcGIS, and Oracle enterprise tools preferred.
