Job description

Role Purpose:

• Responsible for managing and contacting bulk customers to validate the accuracy of the order on file at the TMS level prior to carrier tender.
• Verify S/T location, contact information, bulk product, and quantity to be delivered.
• Perform order validation steps such as meter or scale unloads.
• Document all customer contacts according to call script guidelines.
• Manage and update all data in TMS, followed by email updates to customer service.
• Work independently with or without direct supervision.
• Maintain order integrity by verifying all order information.
• Communicate courteously and effectively over the telephone.
• Collaborate closely with the bulk control tower team and follow directions.

Pay rate: $21.27 - $21.28/hr
