Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Transportation Aide for our Greeneville, TN facility. The role focuses on safely transporting residents to appointments and events, while supporting floor duties and responsive resident care.

The ideal candidate assists with scheduling, communicates with families and clinicians, and maintains accurate daily documentation. Previous CNA experience and CPR certification are valued in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program within six months.
• Current/active CPR certification is required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with minimal infractions (no more than 3).
• Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other activities as needed.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.

How You Will Make a Difference

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification
• Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
• Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
