Tutera Senior Living and Health Care in Illinois is seeking a compassionate Transportation Aide (CNA) to coordinate resident transportation to medical appointments. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to ensure timely, safe, and comfortable transport for residents.

The role requires an active CNA certification, a professional image, excellent communication, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Experience as Transportation Aide | CNA in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.

Responsible for the coordination of transportation and transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner and under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Qualifications
