Match Staffing is seeking a Transportation Admin / Dispatch CSR in Savannah, GA. The role requires drayage/port experience and knowledge of containers moving in and out of the Georgia Ports. Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with drivers and customers.

The position offers Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with pay of $19-$21/hour based on experience. Strong data-entry and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Drayage/port transportation experience required.
• Experience with containers moving in and out of the Georgia Ports.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced transportation environment.
• Dispatch and/or transportation customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process delivery orders

The ideal candidate will have transportation/logistics experience with specific knowledge of drayage and container movement in and out of the Georgia Ports. Responsibilities:

• Enter and process delivery orders
• Track containers and shipments

• Sort, organize, and respond to transportation-related emails
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff
• Assist with delivery and appointment coordination
