Zusammenfassung

Biocair in Boston, MA (fully onsite at our Woburn office) is seeking a Transport & Warehouse Supervisor to lead local transport and warehouse operations, drive continuous improvement, and partner with IT, Procurement, Customer Care and Business Development.

You will manage a team, set KPIs, develop processes, own data quality, and act as Product Owner for the transport management system to ensure safety, compliance and high service levels.

• Promote health, safety, compliance and risk management across all transport and warehouse activities.

At Biocair, our Transport & Warehouse team plays a critical role in delivering specialist logistics services while ensuring operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Transport & Warehouse Manager, the Transport & Warehouse Supervisor leads local transport and warehouse operations, supports team development and uses operational insight to drive continuous improvement.

This role combines people leadership, operational performance management, fleet oversight, data ownership and process improvement. You'll work closely with operational teams, IT, Procurement, Customer Care and Business Development to help deliver a safe, efficient and high-performing transport operation.
