Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Transport Support Worker in Wichita, KS.

This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) requires working on Sundays and offers pay around $14.55 per hour, with a comprehensive mix of wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. You will transport and supervise visitation for children and families involved in the child welfare system, coordinate with Permanency Services and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in child and family services.
• Part-time availability with Sunday shifts.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

A Day in the Life as a Transport Support Worker

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
